Sat nam yogic family this week we explore why we become insensitive and shut down our feelings, to deal with stress by seeking out unhealthy food, picking arguments or focusing on the unimportant things anything to avoid feeling empty or in pain. The kriya we will practice uses auditory vibrations of the body, through the inner ear and the vagus nerve (or spiritual nerve) to re sensitise you and re vitalize you.
Tonie Nooyens our Lead Trainer for Asia is here prior to teacher training Level 1 and will be taking some classes and leading a few special practices all welcome to join and engage with a yogic master.
